ILN Journal: Indian Literary Narratives

APC & Waiver Policy

The submission and peer review process is free of charge.

Upon acceptance, the authors are required to remit a fee of INR 2500 for the publication of their paper.

APC (Article Publishing Charges) is only applicable to the open-access e-journal and it is for the publishing process and maintenance of the journal.

What is an APC and what authors are paying for?

Costs are incurred at every stage of the publication process from copy-editing to the digital hosting of the final article on the server. Therefore, authors are requested to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC). This fee supports the publication of the article as open access under a Creative Commons license, thereby ensuring broad accessibility and compliance with open access standards.

APC Waiver Policy

ILN Journal: Indian Literary Narratives offer fee waivers for authors from low-income countries and discounts for authors from lower middle-income economies.

Request for a waiver must be done at the point of manuscript submission. Waiver requests that are made during the review process or after acceptance cannot be accommodated.
